Belly dancing

One hour of pure body motion. Come join in the fun!

Bottoms Up

A combination of core specific exercises along with strength moves to tone and sculpt ABS, HIPS, BUTT and LEGS. FEEL the BURN!

Cardio belly dancing

Will teach you all of the fundamental, sensual movements of belly dancing, while focusing on working your core, upper thighs, and the entire mid-section. While moving at your own pace, you will find yourself immersed in an intense cardiovascular workout while performing the gorgeous movements of the art of belly dancing.

A combination of cardio exercises and weight training exercises all in one class.

Cardio Step Interval

High-intensity cardio sessions designed to get your body MOVING! Exercising both strength and cardiovascular abilities, non-stop high-energy 60 minutes of pure sweating fun!

"A Total Ab Workout" 30 minutes of hard core moves to give you that "six-pack look".

Coached Cycling 101

This class will help you get ready for your first ride. You will learn where the saddle should be along with how to add resistance and ride the proper way. It is great for first time users or even people who have been taking it for some time.

Cycling

The best cardio workout in the gym for a low-impact, high intensity cardio workout. This indoor cycling class will help you burn 400-1200 calories. The classes are for all levels with driving music and great drills to make the class a great experience.

Cardio kickboxing

60 minutes of non-stop action. Punch and kick your way through a full body workout!
