Classes
All group fitness classes are included with your STRIVE Membership.
Group fitness classes are held each week in 3 group fitness studios, and are conducted by Certified Fitness Instructors. Our class schedule features everything fro Yoga and Pilates in our Yoga ZONE studio to cardio classes including Cardio Kickboxing, Step Interval, Interval, and Cycling in our Cycling studio. All types of sculpting classes are available as well as fun classes like ZUMBA and Belling Dancing, too.
