Group fitness classes are held each week in 3 group fitness studios. They are conducted by Certified Fitness Instructors.
Our class schedule features everything from Yoga and Pilates in our Yoga ZONE studio to cardio classes including Cardio Kickboxing, Step Interval, Interval and Cycling in our Cycling Studio. All types of sculpting classes are available as well as fun classes like ZUMBA, and Belly Dancing too.
